How can I create a myNet pack? 

ANS: You can create your myNet pack by choosing your desired volume (MB) & validity (Days) from scroll bar, and then click Activate button. You will get charged from your main account balance and pop-up notification will show up on the myNet webpage informing you that the pack has been activated.

How to check myNet balance? 

ANS: To check your myNet packs balance click on “Mynet Balance” or you can dial USSD *8444*88#. If you are not getting all plans details in “Mynet Balance” clear your browser cash & Cookies data to get the refreshed “Mynet Balance”.

How to Sign up when I am visiting from Laptop/PC? 

ANS: Click on Signup > input your mobile number > you will receive your temporary password over SMS. Now you can click on login and use the same mobile number and password to validate.
