Any customer can purchase a new GP modem from any Grameenphone centers and retail outlets at BDT 1449 only. With every new modem, subscribers can purchase 4GB 512Kbps 3G data at BDT 400 (+15% VAT) for maximum 10 times during the campaign period.
Offer Details:
- All GP Prepaid or Postpaid subscribers can avail this offer.
- Launch date: 23rd February 2015.
- Campaign duration: 2 months from the launch date.
- To avail discounted 3G data offer, customers require valid tagging of his/her modem with any active GP Prepaid or Postpaid connection.
- For Modem - SIM tagging, customer need to send an SMS “M Offer” to 5050 (SMS charge is free) from his/her newly purchased modem.
- For both new & existing SIM, tagging will be done within 72 hours (maximum) of sending request
- Customers will get a confirmation SMS after successful tagging.
- After successful tagging, customer need to send SMS “Yes” to 5050 (SMS charge is free) for availing discounted data.
- During campaign period, any new modem user can purchase 4GB_512kbps_3G data for maximum 10 times at a price of Tk. 400 (+VAT) in next three months upon successful tagging.
- This special discounted Internet offer can be availed maximum 10 (ten) times over next 3 (three) months from offer opt in time during campaign period after valid tagging.
- Customer needs to stay bundled with Modem + SIM during the applicable data disbursement period.
- If a customer consumes 4GB discounted data volume before expiry date, h/she will be charged BDT 0.01/10KB till the end of the ongoing validity period.
- Auto Renewal is not applicable. After validity expiration, internet will be deactivated. Customer need to send SMS each time if he/she wants to avail the discounted data offer.
- After validity expiration of the discounted data offer, internet will be deactivated. Customer need to send SMS each time to avail discounted data.
- If a customer avails this offer from any volume based packages (except 2G 3MB, 3G 4MB, 3G 75MB & 3G 250MB packs), then the 2GB internet will also be carry forwarded (only for prepaid customers).
- Customer will need to have sufficient balance (for prepaid) or sufficient credit limit while requesting to opt in for the special offer each time.
- To check Internet balance, dial *567# for both Prepaid and Postpaid.
- If anyone wants to deactivate or stop using this special internet offer before the expiry date they can do it by sending stop to 5000 (free of cost).
- Customer will get after sales service as per ZTE/Huawei’s After-Sales Service policy.
